What Causes A Hard Callus On The Penis?

I have a callous (I think) on my penis. It is White, hardish, doesn t hurt. It formed after a period of intense, repeated masturbation, over several days where I didn t use lube. As I normally do. I m circumcised and it is right in the middle underneath the head part but above the shaft. In the groove. How can I reduce it, make it go away?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.

Callus is a tough area of skin due to repeated friction and pressor.
It is due to excessive keratinization of skin cells
It causes infection, blister and pain if not treated.

Take following advice:
1. Minimize pressor in that area.
2. Wear loose cotton underwear.
3. Never pop up callus.
4. Apply 40% salicylic acid patch for better result
5. Apply Neosporine power
6. Also use one man one formula lotion that contain vitamin E and minerals help in moisturize the skin
7. Avoid sex and masturbation till you get better.

Hope this may help you
