Inorder to help you i will need some more information about your health like what is your age? do you work out like lift weight?Do you have any pain in this area of veins or any jaw pain or any difficulty in seeing?what medicine are you taking? Generally dilated veins reflect that the muscle in the area its draining is very developed and thus more blood which it has needs drainage by bigger veins.
