What Causes A Feeling Of Black Shadow On The Eye?

Sir, I am feeling black shadow on my left eye, it is not permanent, but some time while get up from sitting position or some time during walk. Recently I went through the treatment of hcv. 24 injections were suggested by doctor , which I have completed 2 weeks back. result after 12 weeks was ok (no measureable signal no hcv detected) Now I have given blood again after 24 injections for pcr rna test and result will be in 4 days. during treatment I was remain very week and shortage of blood. but now recovering without nay medicine. my e mail is YYYY@YYYY

It seems from the history that you are having black shadows or complete black outs of vision on getting up from sitting position.
These indicate transient ischemic attacks and the common causes for transient ischemic attack are hypotension, hypovolemia, anemia, carotid artery stenosis or atherosclerosis affecting the carotid artery.
Since you have mentioned that you have given blood and have become weak, you require evaluation by a physician to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
