Hello It seems from the history that you are having black shadows or complete black outs of vision on getting up from sitting position. These indicate transient ischemic attacks and the common causes for transient ischemic attack are hypotension, hypovolemia, anemia, carotid artery stenosis or atherosclerosis affecting the carotid artery. Since you have mentioned that you have given blood and have become weak, you require evaluation by a physician to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
