Hello there, Temazapam is part of a set of drugs commonly used to relieve anxiety and/or induce sleep. It is a restricted drug and cannot be had over the counter. So Unless you have taken some formulation which claims to induce sleep or relax you even if it has some herbal origin it may be contaminated with temazepam. Since you are in the military If you remember having anything to make you sleep or to reduce any jitters that may have temazapam. If all these are ruled out the lab may have made a mistake. You can get a different lab to check you for the drug. Hope this helps.
