What Causes A Delayed Period ?

I am 34.I have a boy of 3 years. i missed my period its been 61 days. i have regular periods before. i do remember that we had a pull out method during my fertility days.My prolactin and my thyroid tests are ok.But my pregnancy test is negative (Urine).is there any chance of pregnancy.

hi
hope you dont have nay hot flushes. did you put any extrakilos on ar turned very thin?
if your pregnancy test is negative and your investigations are normal
consider taking medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) for 5 days and watch for withdrawal bleed.
if it bleeds with MPA, consider anovulation as the cause for delayed cycle.
if even after a week of stopping meprate, cycles doesnot resume - do FSH to r/o any menopause.
