General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern.
Absence of menses may be caused by many medical conditions. Some possible causes may include:
-Pregnancy
-Hormonal imbalances
-Pelvic infections
-Excessive physical activities
- Emotional Stress
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination.Tests that may help include: pregnancy test, pelvic ultrasound,STI work-ups, hormonal work-ups if need be. I will advise you see the Doctor for evaluation before trying any medicines
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns
Best regards
