For the last 2 years I ve been tracking my period, it s been the same every month comes the 7-8 of the month every month no earlier or later, first day is hell super heavy bright red bleeding, insane cramps, sweating, nausea, legs and arms go numb, lots of bowel movements, faintness etc. Last anywhere from 2-12 hours. This month however my period came 8 days early, mild cramps, very light bleeding either light pink, dark red, and brown, no clots, and very high soft and closed cervix unlike the other months when it s low hard and open, as I track that as well, so I m just curious as to what could have caused my period to come early
