HI,Welcome with your query to HCM.
Based on the facts of your query, after its review,In my opinion you need to reduce the water pill n Water/Salt intake and modulate the doses of the BP medicines with your doctor, for 4-6 weeks, under cover of Cardiologist and GP,who would check your BP and would help you out.
Dizzy spells /burning chest pain are due to the stress angina.
CT angiography would fix the early coronary stenotic lesions, which needs to be investigated as a preventive care in avoiding the IHD at a later date.
Take this as the signal to investigate Stress Angina, after exertion.

So don't worry unless your Cardiologist doctor opines on it.
Hope this reply resolves your worry with your queries.

Will appreciate writing your feedback review comments,to help the needy patients like you at HCM.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Possibility of Coronary artery disease (CAD) is more in your case.
You are known case of hypertension and taking pills fir water retention, so your cardiac pumping mist been compromised.
Sometimes ecg taken in resting condition can be normal.
And so TMT test, 2d echo and coronary Angiography are needed for the diagnosis of CAD.
So better to consult cardiologist and discuss all these. First rule out CAD.
If all these reports are normal than stress and anxiety can cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
But first rule out cardiac diseases.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
