What Causes A Bump In Left Testicle And Unevenness?

I have a question regarding testicular cancer. I m 36 and have no family history of it. About 3-4 years ago, I had my last physical and no reports of cancers/tumors/etc, thank God! I have my next physical scheduled in 2 weeks and I m petrified. On the outside, my testicle sac looks OK, right one slightly larger than the left. When I physically hold them individually, the right-one feels larger. The left one, I have to squeeze it, only to feel a small bump/ball, feels like 10mm or less, I think.I honestly never really paid attention to self-examination because I really don t know what I m looking for, but based on the above information, does that sound like testicular cancer? Please advise because I am losing my mind.Thanks,

I really appreciate your concern, the way you have described here the appearance it could be normal one, you wont be able to examine this structure on your own, and size and shape goes on changing, if you want to clear the doubt then you have to consult the doctor, that is the only option you have else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
