Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a slight bulge in my groin area on my right side where my pelvic and hip meet. I was moving 40 lb bags of rocks in garden and then a few days later noticed the bulge. In april I went to an orthorpedic dr for hip discomfort in the groin area. He saw nothing out of the ordinary possible artheritis and to cut back on the gym work. I weight lift and do palates. Should I be concerned? Did I strain something in the groin area? or is this more serious?
because of staining you might have developed inguinal hernia. get examined by surgeon. avoid straining and get treated for constipation and dry cough.take view of surgeon to decide about going for surgery.
