What Causes A Klebsiella Pneumoniae Infection?

I have been diagnosed with Klebsiella pneumatic per culture growth. What is this and how did I get it? I have had flank pain and swelling on right side, fever, chills and neausea for month, also a strong smell. Iced had a lot of gi surgeries and have had most of my stomach and small intestines removed. 2 yrs ago out of nowhere I got sick and within 12 hours my kidneys had started shutting down from ecoli and 2 other infectious diseases. I was my hands constantly and I don t understand where this is coming from.

it is a gram negative encapsulated anaerobic bacteria. it gains resistance easily it effect other organ like kidney liver and stomach. to prevent spread you have to maintain hygiene and sanitation. it can spread from urine and stool.
