What Causes A 3 Month Old Baby Girl Lose Her Sleep?

hello,i have a baby girl and she is 3 months and two weeks old,,,she weights 5 k.g. and we heard that we can feed her now to gain more weight,,,everything else is good with her ,she is active but she does not sleep deep she awake for any little sound or move,,,thanks

Hi, welcome to HCM.
I have read your questions in detail.
Some babies are more alert and awakens on slight sound while some babies tend to have deep sleep,both these things are normal in babies so you need not worry about this.
Also, the weight gain of baby is good at 3 months which also points that the baby is normal.
Semisolid food are usually advised after 6 months in India and in western countries at 5 months, so i don't think that you should give semisolid food at this age.
