Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

This is the natural history of auto immune hypothyroidism. There is gradual destruction of thyroid gland and you need to increase the dose. This can create problems for you for few months, but don't worry it will stabilise over time. Now you just adjust the thyroxine dose till the TSH is in 0.5-3 range.

Good health.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
