What Causes Swollen Lymph Node In Neck?

I have had intermittent. Swollen lymph node for about a month. My last period and this months i have experience dizzy spells, i have had no other symptoms and good health normally but worried about the lymph node swellings as been more than a month they go away and re appear, all in the neck. Waiting on blood results for hiv test as general blood tests are fine.

hello,thanks for ur query, lymph node enlargent(cervical lohasinitis) could be due to secondary infections of ent, tuberculosis, abscess, tonsillitis, HIV, kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon for detailed ent examination and blood tests, fine needle aspiration cell cytology. hope I have answered ur query. all d best. take care.
