What Causes PTB With Cavitation?

I just had my chest x-ray taken and the result indicates that there is a fibrohazed densities with superimposed systic changes is seen int he right apex and infraclavicular area. The left lung is clear. The impression is PTB with cavitation, right upper lobe what does it mean?

It means you have tuberculosis. and it will be best if you can get some sputum studies done to confirm tuberculosis.
You can also get a GENEXPERT/RIF test to confirm whether it is a sensitive Tb or an MDR TB.
