What Causes PPHN And What Are The Risks?

Hi, I am 22 weeks pregnant and have 2 children aged 4 and 6, I was on efexor for post natal depression before conceiving this baby but came off it due to the increased risk of miscarriage (I have had 6 losses). I am feeling like the symptoms of depression are returning and I am struggling to cope with my children. I have read a few studies saying that there is and increased risk of PPHN in newborns, the risk seems low but significant, are you able to elaborate on this? Kind Regards, Natalie
