What Causes Nausea,Headache And Abdomen Pain After Intercourse?

I am 26 years old, 5 4 and I had unprotected sex on april 1. On april 8-9 I noticed some spotting and on april 10 I had blood clots. Furthermore on april 11 I was bleeding on and off throughout the day. By april 12 the bleeding completely stopped. After all of this, I noticed my sense of smell changed, nausea, headaches, cramping, pain on the lower right side of my abdomen and lower back pain, headaches, moody and sporadic crying. I went to the doctor and he said my egg was not released from my right ovary and that s where the pain is coming from. Im not sure about the other symptoms so he scheduled me for a transvaginal ultasound. The results are not back yet. One more thing, I took a hot and it was negative.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Once pregnancy has been accurately ruled out, the cause for your presentation can be assumed to be a hormonal imbalance. A transvaginal ultrasound would be an appropriate investigation as it would look for any abnormalities in your uterus and its surrounding structures which is one of the most common causes for menstrual irregularities.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
