What Causes IBS Symptoms After Taking Doxycycline?
After taking doxycycline for 10 days, I have been experiencing something like irritable bowel syndrome. I was told that the antibiotic upset the good bacteria in my bowels or intestines and that I should take probiotics to get back to normal. What form of probiotic works best?.....over the counter pills or in a yogurt like Activia. And how long should I take the probiotic to make things right?

yes you should have taken antibiotic after food and along with vit bcomplex probiotic would have been more helpful.
