Hi
Due to long term use of pain killers most likely you are having Gastritis.Severe gastritis is a side effect of most of the pain killers.Gastritis refers to inflammation of the stomach lining, a condition that has many potential causes but in your case most likely cause is over use of pain killers.
Treatment
Proton pump inhibitors reduce acid by blocking the action of the parts of cells that produce acid.Increase the dosage of neksium to 40mg twice daily if still not relieved doses can be increased to upto 80mg twice daily.
For nausea anti emetic like domperidon can be taken for few days.
Apart from that few general measures to be taken are-
Drink lots of cold milk.
Avoid fruit juices.
Drink plenty of water.
Add vegetables to your diet.
Avoid spicy food.
Thanks.
