What Causes BP Fluctuation Despite Taking Amalog And Montelukast Sodium Tablet?

I was diagnosed acute appendetics on saturday and was to be opprated on sunday ...but my bp is flucating ...130 to 180 ....i am on salin science saturday ..given amolog 5mg and on anti biotics ...i even have thyroid .i take 100mg tablet daily....and had even taken montelukest sodium tablet ...my bp is flucating why. Plz tell me ..y oppration is postponded ....till my bp gets normal....

it may need change of medication. other than that diet restriction like salt to be restricted life style change means physical activity to be increased. should have regular morning walk. should have sound sleep. refrain from alcohol and smoking. avoid first food. should not take red meat and deep fried things. hypertensive profile should be done on regular basis. montelucast is anti allergic and not understood your taking in hypertension consult the treating doctor for change of drug and dose to be readjusted.
