What Caused White Bumps On My Thigh In A Cluster?

I have white bumps on my thigh in a cluster that were small in size and irritated now they have become extremely larger. I have intermittent pain to the area. No s&s of cold. I've tried squeezing nothing has ruptured. I put bacitracin and hydrocortisone no improvement.

White bump can be boil or enlarged lymph gland. It is required to be examined by a doctor. Diagnosis can not be done without local examination.In both the cases the patient may need antibiotic ,analgesic and phomantation. Local temperature and skin colour is to be observed.
