What Caused The Following Symptoms?

I broke out into a sweat my ears were ringing, my legs felt weak and I was also nauseated with palpations. I was also a lil short of breath I took a puff of my inhaler and it briefly made my symptoms worse. afterwards I felt very shaky...... what happened?

Hi welcome to HCM.
These symptoms largely point to an episode of high blood pressure without or without low blood glucose levels.I advise you to check your blood pressure and if found above 160/80 mm of hg,warrants antihypertensive drug therapy.A baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo will be helpful to rule out organic heart disease.Maintain your blood glucose above 70 mg% to avoid symptoms of hypoglycemia.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
