Hello. I m on levora, a birth control pill. I haven t missed any pills but have been traveling through south east Asia and New Zealand. The pills are in waterproof bags with silicon packets and are in the center of my pack. I try not to expose them to extreme heat or cold. Last period lasted 9 days, this one I had very light pink spotting 2 days before my period started and then brown spotting for 3 days during my period but no red blood. I usually have a heavy flow for about 5-7 days.
