What Caused High Blood Pressure And Dizziness?

I am a 29 year old female. I am having flank pain and water retention. My blood pressure normally runs 90/60 but has been high for the last few days and tonight both numbers are close together. I'm running 114/98. My head is pounding and I feel dizzy. What does this mean?

Cannot say in your particular case.
120/80 is considered a normal blood pressure reading and minor (10 pt) diffferences from that are not significant.
But.
98 on the lower number would be an indication for treatment.
problems with the kidney can cause fluid not being able to be removed and fluid to build up and increased blood pressure, this is a serious condition that can be on the road to kidney failure and worse.
