My son hit his head while snowboarding approx. 1/2 hr. ago. He saw a bright flash of light and had temporary vision blurriness. He said his head not hurts in the front (forehead area), but not severely. His speech is fine, as is his current vision and he has no nausia. Pupils are dilating with light change ... should we go to the ER?
Hello It seems from the history that your son has a injury to head following which he is having blurred vision with dilated pupil. This requires evaluation to rule out injury to optic nerve. Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist at the earliest for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
