What Cause White Headed Acne Bumps Causing Redness In The Skin With Rashes?
I have small, whitehead kind of acne bumps..they leave my skin reddish, and it almost resembles a certain rash.they are extremely close together,unlike most acne bumps.most people seem to have bumps spread all around their face but mine are close together.also,they are mainly in my t-zone and cheeks near my nose

Thanks for posting the query,
Use a apricot scrub at home for 15 minutes once in a week, followed by a face pack application.
Apply clindamycin gel over the affected area topically two-three times a day.
Use zeroacne soap.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
