What Cause Urinary Incontinence For ADHD Child?

My son who is a 7 year old ADHD white male is constantly wetting the bed, and has some urinary incontinence during the day. It is very frustrating. He tried the desmopressin through his pedi to no avail. He tried this medication for 3 months. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Hello. I just read through your question. Have his urine tested, if you haven't done so already. If it is normal, it is a good idea to be evaluated by a Pediatric Genitourinary (GU) doctor. They can do further testing and also do an Ultrasound to make sure the anatomy is ok. They will also have other suggestions for you.
