What Cause The Nasal Bleeding?
I have a 3 yr old who has been having nose bleeds. Went to dr today b/c it had some clotting. The tested his platlets and they were fine. They said to use neosporan and salene in his nose. Well a hour or so ago he cpmplained of his head hurting and about 30 minutes later had another nose bleed.

Nasal trauma , rhinitis are common causes of nose bleeding ....
Your rhinoscopy nose examination needs to be done to look for hypertrophied turbinate , polyp if present ....
According to cause treatment given...
You are given antibiotic ointment and saline for bleeding ..
If repeated bleeding present than anterior nasal packing needed ...
If you have congestion than decongestant like levo cetrizine given...
