What Cause Swollen Toes With Arch Pain?

I am 38 years old,height 5'7",weight 64kgs.Both of my toes are swollen and hard on the exterior side which are painless but I have permanent pain on the foot(arch pain). My father also had this problem who died of heart attack. is this problem somewhere related to heart?

Dear friend,linking the constant pain in the foot arch both for you and your father you note are possibly inherited problem we call as Flat foot and so also the overweight adding painless swollen toes you mention. Obviously overweight adds burden to foot and heart strain as time walks along
