Hi, I have gone through your question. The symptoms of leg swelling and headache together are suggestive of pre-eclampsia. I would suggest you to get your blood pressure measured twice a day, get 24 hour urinary proteins, urine microscopy and routine examination, renal and liver function tests done. Red urine means you are having bllod in urine, which is more suggestive of kidneyinjury, either due to pre-eclampsia or any other disease in kidney. In my opinion, you should consult your OBGYN specialist as soon as possible so that you can get properly examined, investigated and treated. Hope this answers your question. Wishing you good health.
