What Cause Pain In Testicles?

im a 20 year old sports man.last nite i had a very strange feeling with my testicle.. i had a sudden feeling like my left side testicle slip out of an sock inside my balls n now im getting a slight pain..no fever or swelling as yet...what should i do and by the way what kind symptoms is that im having?

Thanks for your query.
You are an young man with a sports background, must have strong muscles too.
The spasm of the muscles supplying the scrotal contents can pull up the testis and twist the testis temporarily giving you a sensation/ pain.
Nothing to worry. Just get a consultation with an Urologist to confirm the diagnosis and may be you need to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
Use scrotal support and stop playing till you get a proper diagnosis.
