What Cause Muscular Pain In Back And Stomach Along With Nausea?

I had epiditmitis and been a slow recovery. Was the testicle aches, groin, and lower back pain. I tested negative for clap and gon. They said I must of done it weight lifting. I finish the antibiotic a few weeks ago. But I was taking a lot of Motrin for my muscle aches. Now my testicles do not ache but I still have muscular pain in my back/stomach. nausea after I eat, and goes right through me. Just kind of fatigued. My stools are kind of loose also. I went to the doctor and gave another urine sample, and they took my blood. Said no infection in urine and blood came back ok. Nothing was wrong. Just every since the epiditmitis episode my body has not been right since. I don t know what could be wrong with me and I m concerned.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have muscular pain in back and stomach along with nausea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like carpal tunnel syndrome , rheumatoid arthritis , medication reaction or side-effect , acute sinusitis , viral syndrome or mononucleosis. The symptoms in your case are probably occurring due to viral infection . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , urine test to check uric acid or take history . Doctor may also order liver function and kidney function test .Doctor may prescribe anti viral like acyclovir , anti inflammatory , multivitamin supplement or refer you to orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , apply warm compresses to your joints and drink plenty of water .
