What Cause Migraine And Slight Nose Bleeding?

I have had a severe migraine 24/7 fr the past 6 weeks. I have had 2 head CTs and they were fine. I am laying here still with a horrible migraine and just felt and heard a loud pop in my head and now my migraine is worse and I am now having a slight nose bleed... What could be causing this?

It seems that you have a migraine which is a distressing disease. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache which occurs due to a trigger factor. Here are a few trigger factors:
Sunlight
Exercise
Infections
Fever

These things usually cause the headache in some case. It is also possible that you have a few addon symptoms that is causing the symptoms. Here are the few things that will help you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
