What Cause Improper Bowel Movement?

Hi doctor, good morning

since one month I am having problem with irrugular stool like distrubbed motion. I tested random sugar, HypatatisB test, widal blood test and complete test of stool. everthing is normal except mucus present in the stool. My doctor is given medicine is

NARMAXIN, SAZO 500mg AND CEFTUM 500mg is okay and will be controlled. kindly tell me.

You have problem of irregular bowel movement that may be because of intestinal inflammation like celiac disease may ruled out.

Malabsoption may cause this type of problems.

Irritable bowel syndrom may ruled out.
In irritable bowel syndrom stool consistency is change, constipation may relived by diarrhea.
More mucus secreate in stool.

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is normal in irritable bowel syndrom.
Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.

Drink more water and avoid spicy foods.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower....etc.
Continue your drugs.
