What Cause Hardness And Ridges In Bowel Movement?
hi ive always had problems with my bowels and was diagnosed with ibs at 17, im now 31, i have noticed ridges in my poo and is very hard, i have cramps alot but is relieved by passing gas but its a foul smelling gas, im worried it could be something more serious?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I would like to say that your symptoms are functional and related with the anxiety and depression more over the irritable bowel syndrome is it self is functional condition, in my opinion you need to keep the stress level very low and stop paying attention for what you stated here, have a nice day.
