Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read your symptoms and i understand your concerns:

The symptoms that you have:
-urinating frequently and in a small amount
-burning sensation while urinating
-pain in the pelvic region
-presence of blood in urine

These symptoms correlate with an urinary tract infection,a cystitis probably (infection of your bladder)
At my clinic,i work with a lot of patients that have symptoms like yours.
If i was your caring doctor i would start you on antibiotics for UTI and do an urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

You can do an urine test at home using dipstick test kit that you can get without the need of a prescription to confirm the infection. But for the prescription of antibiotics, you need to check up with your family doctor.

Meanwhile you can use these advice to clean your urinary tract:
-fresh fruit juice
-have plenty of liquids,2 or 3 liters per dya
-urinate always just after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long
-rose tea, chamomile tea,1 or 2 cup each day to help the bladder to fight the infection
-for pain/burning sensation you can use ibuprofen

If you have any other question, feel free to contact me.
