What Cause Ear Pain Along With Swollen Tongue?
Goodmorning to you, I have been suffering ear ache, glands up and now my jaw and tongue seem to be involved. My tongue is swollen and has been for two weeks, just one side. Left. I had been prescribed Augmentin. The doctor then thought that I had a lace of saliva, and maybe a yeast infection from the antibiotic, so treated me with fungilin. I really not too sure what is going on, still left with a swollen tongue.

Noted your history of persistent swelling of the tongue after ear ache, pain in the jaw.
IF you are elderly I am worried about the underlying cancer.
I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon or an Oral surgeon for clinical evaluation and biopsy if required.
If the cause is due to infection, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines
will help to settle the issues/
