What Cause Drooping Eye Lids And Swollen Bump Under The Eye?

My 35 yr old daughter's right eye lid showed signs of drooping 3 months ago. It is not caused by a fistula putting pressure on a nerve(had cerebral angio )and Palsy of the eye has also been ruled out. She has tiny bumps under this eye lid but not the other one which is fine. A few days before the symptom showed there was an area of swelling(like a welt) above this eye. There have been no other symptoms such as pain, itching, burning, or headaches. She lives in Edinburgh, Scotland and is being treated at the Western General Hospital. She and family are moving permanently to US on May 28th. I would expect her to go to MASS Eye and Ear/MASS General Hospital to follow up. The drooped only becomes more if she is over tired and comes at nite time.
Thank you for any insight you may have.

Inside eye lid swelling can be calazion, and itcan give drooping effect. The other swelling may not be related to it. The other thing tiredness related can be myasthastheniagravis, but it will be bilateral and effect other muscle of body. If calazion is the cause then minor surgery of scooping it out will cure her.
