What Cause Dizziness With Bouts Of Double Vision?

I am having periods of double vision. It begins with dizziness and then the double vision occurs. The last episode lasted about 3-5 minutes and was followed with a sudden headache. I have no indication that my vision is changing. I was washing dishes when the last episode occurred. Any suggestions
