ok
1st you have to know what is the definition of constipation
constipation that means bowell movement less than 3/week
it has alot of causes loke low fiber diets, less water, lack of physical activity
irritable bowel syndrom, nervous system disorders, pregnancy, underactive thyroid and GI malignancies,
constipation itself can lead to anal fissure and that may expaline the passage of blood.
