What Cause Congential Polycystic Disease?

I am having flank and back pain on my right side. I had both an abdomen MRI and ultrasound done last week. The MRI showed a 1.8cm complex cyst mass with hemmorrhage and proteinaceous debris. It also said unspecified congential polycystic disease. What should be my next steps? I have had this cyst for almost two years now. In March of 2010 it was said to be an irregular renal mass. I also have from ultrasound, a 5mm polyp on gallbladder. Is this causing the pain? Thank you,
