What Casues Stomach Ache And Nausea?

I ve been having stomach pain and nausea since I woke up this morning. I am a 15 year old female. The pain is mostly in my upper abdomen, comes in waves, and is very sharp, making me wince. I ve pooped several times today and had diarrhea once a few hours ago, I haven t since. I ate a little a couple hours ago and was able to keep it down. I haven t vomited. I get a bit dizzy/nauseous if I move too fast. Does this sound like anything serious or maybe just a bug?

its more likely a food poisoning . start on flagyl for your diarrhea and risek if u have epigastric pain .avoid junk and oily food .. keep yourself hydrated on ors if not settled today get your stool r/e and stool c/s done.
