What Casues Recurrent Fever In A Child?

My daughter is about 7.5 years old and experienced fever 1 months ago. she was given paracetamol 250 mg taband fever was cured in 1 day . After 5-7 days later fever re occured (about 102-103 F ) along with abdominal pain and cured by paracetamol 250 mg tab. after 20 days fever re occured and lowered by paracetamol. Widal test showed negative (normal), HB% 12.0 and others normal except RBC in urine 10-12. What is the reason pls tell me.

this is common for this age,probably recurrent viral infection,since blood is ok,and there are no major specific symptoms.....there are a couple of syndromes with bombastic names,but it all boils down to lowering temperature with antipiretics (but these temperatures recurr daily for months).
