What Casues Pain In Wrist And Palm?

Doctor, My age is 39 years. weight is 70 kg (Female). I have been experiencing wrist pain, palm pain & Right side back pain whichi will have burning sensations. Recently I have undergone Vitamin D3 test, it is shown as 12.3 (very low). I have asked to undergo for nerve conduction test and MRI cervical spine scan. Kindly suggest and adivce. thank you very much.

Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of nerve root there can be pain in your wrist

Yes I will also advise you to do MRI spine
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
Take vit D supplement for low vit D.
