What Casues Leg Pains While On Insulin Injections?

My legs pains a lot I am insulin based taking3 times nova and 1 time at night Lantin injection recently operated on spine due to that also legs pain but because of diabetes it pains more please suggest what to do .hello hello depending on insulin 3 times now and what time it is night ltd please suggest me a smile it means a lot and recently added event in operations on my spine and because of the operation the doctors says legs pain but both the legs pain more day and night after taking pain killers please suggest what to do.

Leg pain may not be due to insuline injections. May be due to diabetic neuropathy or some strain. If pain not relived by local physical therapy. Need evaluation.
