my mother age is about 64 yrs, weight 90 kg. she is feeling dizzy, light headed one side when she rolling up during sleep,felling fear and death. Duration of restlessness period is 5 to 15 minutes for 2 to 3 times in a day, that time b.p reading is 140/72, pulse rate is 92. During restlessness period she want close of all family members. loose tools occur 3 to 4 days in a week for 3 to 4 times in a day. she shivering in mild cold. she also has problem of loss of appetite. In your opinion what will be the problem or disease. I have consulted a local doctor, he has given drugs that is (1) Escitalopram Oxalate IP eq. to Escitalopram Clonazepam IP, (2) Ranitidine Hydrochloride and domperidone Tablets, (3) Ornidazole Tablets IP 500 mg. These drugs are effective in treatment? please suggest or advice me.
