Hi,

Your daughter may be having impetigo bullosa. There may be blister containing liquid and pus. When ruptured, the pus might ooz and crusts may be formed giving wart like appearance. Give her antibiotics for two weeks and anti inflammatory drugs till lesions improve. Immunobooster may be given to improve immunity. Apply antibiotic cream on the lesions. She may be improved. Still, you consult dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
