Hi, for 7 years, I ve been free of nervousness and gasping for air. But this occurred again since last month when i had a work interview. I am relaxed before the interview but as soon as I was thrown an interview question, my heart beat fast, as if someone punch my chest . I also experienced gasping for air. My voice started to decline. One day, I felt dizziness and my lips turned almost violet. For many years I experience skipping of breath .
