What Can I Do For A Swollen Unretracted Foreskin?

For the last ten days I have had a swollen unretracted foreskin. The tip of the foreskin was very red and irritated. I have use topical ointments such as Neosporin and have taken salt baths to relieve the redness. This has been successful to a degree but I still an unable to retract the foreskin for sex. What else can I do?

first do a std test. may have to be given oral or inject able anti biotic phomantation and application of neosporine ointment is o k. you can apply beta din ointment or lotion. analgesic tablet like hifenac p can betaken for 5days
