What Can Cure Restlessness And Cognitive Impairment Due To Autoimmune Encephalitis?

My 5 and half years old daughter have been diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis. She has been provided with inter Venus immunoglobulin last 6 months ago. She has improved to some extend leaving restlessness and mild cognitive impairment. To proceed further along with olangipine and tegretal she has been given nexito 2.5 mg. But the restlessness is still continuing. Any specific suggestion in this regard ?
